١٥٠ جرام عجينة طعمية ( سواء جاباها من برة او
معمولة في البيت )
٢ بيضة
واحد معلقة زيت زيتون
ومعاها شوية سلاطة وباكلها حاف حقيقي يتظيط معايا لحد الساعة ١٢ او ١ ظهرا

عاملين ايه كل سنة وانتم طيبين ♥
انهردا اول يوم بحاول اظبط فيه نومي بعد لغبطة رمضان
بعد ما صحيت انهردا استنيت ساعتين وبعدين شربت كوباية قهوة
بعدها بشوية جوعت، قررت اكل حاجه متخنيش احس نهائي بخمول عشان انا اساسا عايز انام
اكلت 3 بيضات وقطعة جبنة بيضه بدون عيش
حسيت اني فعلا شبعت والاهم مجاليش خمول نهائي بعد الاكله
