تقدري تلغي السناك المكتوب وتاخدي بداله:
معلقتين كبار بذور شيا + كوباية زبادي + ثمرة الفاكهة بتاعتك. (أو تنقعيهم في نص كوباية حليب وتضيفي عليهم الفاكهة).

سيبيهم 10 دقايق بس قبل ما تاكليهم عشان الشيا تنفش. دي هتعتبر وجبة مشبعة جداً وهتساعدك تسيطري على النقنقة طول اليوم، بس الأهم تشربي معاها مياه كتير جداً. جربيها من بكرة وطمنيني!
